Dr. Ayana Herbert founded Path Health, a boutique wellness practice offering hormone therapy, medical weight-loss, and lifestyle-driven care for women in midlife and anyone who can benefit. Her mission is to create a safe, informed space for all women—particularly underrepresented women—to access evidence-based solutions, debunk health myths, and reclaim their well-being with clarity and confidence.
